My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. This was very informative, but I do have a question. I was near a microphone and at one point, one person was allowed to speak on a topic and another was waiting at the same microphone. All of a sudden, Johnny Hunt said that the time for questions had expired. The young man was visibly upset that he was not allowed to speak. What is the time limit on questions and why aren't all who have them allowed to speak?
Thank you for your service to the committee. You are a blessing to us.

Thank you, Jon. I saw you at the airport talking to Micah and should have introduced myself. I appreciate the way business was handled this year. This gives us a glimpse behind the scenes. Some assume wrongly what happens "back there".

Obviously its a good thing... I mean why wouldn't the world unite under Flamingo Road? I mean the thought inspires all sorts of fantasies I have relating to ...yard art/flamingos.

Sorry to hear about your lack of harvest. Bummer

I think it is a good thing. The world hurts and aches and its such a big place. If God calls me to a church who's vision is to encourage the hurting and point them to the One who heals...then I gratefully accept that calling. Thank you for your post, and I love your blog-header!

Opening the door to Whosoever Will May Come blocked the door for all, and No One could get in the door until the Third Day, the Day of Extension. I finally broke thru and bought the Romans CD -- no discount-- and several discounted copies of my favorites.

Now DG.org stands for Discounted Goods. Glory!

I think all this is too funny. Dr. Sam was hung out to dry by Ken Story. I WAS a member of First Baptist Chruch Counce for 16 years and after sitting under Story i had to find a church that was GOD centered. Funny thing, the actions Story accused Dr. Shaf of were exactly the way he was practicing in the pulpit at counce. It was "Ken Story way or no way", and anyone who opposed him was sure to get a spanking from the pulpit. I realize i am a year late with my comments but, better now than never
